- When can I get to my unit?
- The keypad gate is open every day, 6 am to 10 pm. Your gate code is issued when you move in.
- Is there someone at the office?
- The office is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am. Everything you need — reserving, paying, your access details — works online, and you can reach us any time at 208-878-8000.
- Do I have to sign a long lease?
- No. Rentals are month to month. Give us notice and move out whenever you're done.
- How do I pay?
- Online, by card, from your own account page — any time, from your phone. You can also look back over every invoice there.
- Can I park a trailer, boat or RV?
- Outdoor parking spaces here are listed with the units above. RV and boat parking is at our 5th Street yard, east of Overland Ave.
- What can't I store?
- Anything flammable or explosive, food, plants, animals, or anything illegal. Vehicles must be registered and insured. If you're not sure, ask us.
- Is my stuff insured?
- Your belongings are your responsibility while they're in storage. Many renters' and homeowners' policies extend to a storage unit — check with your agent.
